Hello, I have 2 DIN chenese unit with All in One functionality. The name is: HP-HA800L After i have received this unit, unpacked, connected and checked GPS, it failed to start. I am getting this problem: You are not allowed to view links. I think something wrong with software, because when i start NAVI it stuck on this screen if card is inserted. If the card is ejected, it start NAVI, but cannot change directory. If i change directory in card which is want to Access Multimedia still nothing. I read about 20 hours in different forums, but did not find any solution.

I am going to kill myselft:( because i paid lots of money and got not working unit. Please help me to repair this unit. For repairing i can pay something through paypal or somehow different. My unit uses Win CE 6.0 This is the screenshot of my meniu. ( 07:26 AM)Paulius18 Wrote: You are not allowed to view links.

Also use a PC to check if the card is readable and the path (NaviOne NaviOne.exe) exists. Put a readable SD in there and it will also show 'StorageCard'.

Storagecard

For repairing i can pay something through paypal or somehow different. My unit uses Win CE 6.0 This is the screenshot of my meniu: In the navigation setup the storage card is not shown when the card is inserted, are you using an unsupported card? Ie SDHC in an SD only device. Also use a PC to check if the card is readable and the path (NaviOne NaviOne.exe) exists Other than that the retailer should provide support if it's still in warranty. And this is not worth killing yourself over. ( 04:11 AM)Paulius18 Wrote: You are not allowed to view links. Or to view.Thank you for help, But this is not problem with SD card or software of primo.

I think this is problem with unit. I mean with Win Ce 6.0 Because, i also cannot change path of reading software. When i go to setup it shows only Nandflash and i cannot change it to different. I have tried to reinstall Win Ce 6.0 with putting upgrade to SD card, but it doesnt react and do not update unit.

In that case it sounds like ce needs to be re-flashed with the original windows files - and you'll only be able to get these from the seller. If you have already tried to re-flash with files you know to be the correct ones (and supplied by the seller) - then I'd reckon the unit is stuffed and should be replaced. I had something similar happen to my unit when it was 11 months old (and after I had been playing with mio on it) - it took ages to get the right flash files from the seller, but they did fix it when I finally got them. @ Paulius18 Fatboyfun is quite correct, that particular unit does not like SDHC cards. (sometimes it reads them and sometimes not).

It may be that your particular card is corrupted, but if it is an SDHC card, it is safer to get a new standard SD one, (2 GB max as Fbf said), or re-format the one you have. Also, in 'Navigate Setup' Navigation software path' screen display, un-tick where it says 'Start whether run navigation software automatically'.

That makes it easier to to re-start the device, while you are playing around with the set-up. If all works OK, only then tick that to make your navi start, when you start your car. Quote:Because, i also cannot change path of reading software. When i go to setup it shows only Nandflash and i cannot change it to different. It shows 'NandFlash' only, because there is no other navigation stuff under it in 'NandFlash'.

Put a readable SD in there and it will also show 'StorageCard', unless the card reader has been damaged. In one part of your video it actually shows 'Navigation software path:' and ' StorageCard NavOne NavOne.exe'. Doesn't that indicate that, at some stage, the device was reading the card? I have come across those particular units, where you have to be very careful in inserting the SD. It seems to get stuck a couple of milimeters in, and if you keep forcing it, something gets broken inside there. You need to wiggle it around gently and it will then go in OK.

Confucius say: Man seek advice in PM, deprive other of wisdom Man not do backup, himself deprive of wisdom. Thank you for offering solutions. I have right files for flashing. I have tried several SDHC cards, also tried SD cards. It doesn't react to inserted card.

Probably something from with SD card reader. I am going to check next week SD ready with engineers service. If it is really problem with reader, so i think i will be able to solve problem, but if no - looks like something more serious. You mean seller sent you wrong firmware files or with bugs at first? Or they just did not react to your emails?

What if i receive software from manufacturer with bugs? You think is it possible to fix or no? ( 05:36 AM)2happy Wrote: You are not allowed to view links.
