I have a Hauwai E1752 modem, and have been receiving 3G HSDPA connectivity from my mobile supplier without problems for the past couple of years (constant light blue LED on the device). Three weeks ago, suddenly data speed dropped resulting in buffering when trying to video stream. LED changes colour randomly between light blue and dark blue (normal 3G) at any time of day, including odd times like 4am. Sometimes the LED stays on light blue for quite a lomg time, then changes to dark blue, so somtime I can stream video ok, other times not. I complained to the service provider and they cant find any problem. They have said that there is traffic (?) Would it help to load latest firmware for device? Thank you in advance for your opinion.
